How does token pricing work?
Our gateway token pricing is transparent: you pay the LLM vendor's cost directly, plus a Dedalus Labs uplift of $0.0025 per 1,000 tokens. The Hobby tier includes a limited number of free tokens per month; beyond that, or for Pro tier users, this pay-as-you-go rate applies.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can switch between plans at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to higher tier features. When downgrading, changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes, annual subscriptions are available with a 15% discount compared to monthly billing. Contact our sales team for more information.
What happens if I exceed my usage limits?
For the Hobby tier, if you exceed your monthly token allowance, you can continue using the service by paying the standard rate (Vendor Cost + $0.0025/1K tokens). Pro and Enterprise users operate on a pay-as-you-go model for tokens and managed runners. You can set spending limits in your dashboard to control costs.
